Meet our new Roland GR-640 64″ cutter. Our most versatile cutter providing faster cutting on any application from thin films to extremely thick reflective sheets.
Roland’s CAMM-1 technology gives us outstanding media versatility, accuracy and lightning fast cutting speeds. This machine has been specifically designed for faster cutting at 58.5in/sec with a downforce of 600gf! The pinch rollers are electronically controlled giving a firm grip to anything from thin to thick materials – this machine can even cut diamond-grade reflective vinyl.
It’s machines like this that allow us to take on projects of all different shapes and sizes even including packaging prototyping which involves unusual, complex shapes and sizes.
The GR-160 features a new 2-position blade holder which allows detailed cutting patterns like perforated. This gives the machine versatility to cut out intricate pop-out decals and also packaging prototypes which ordinary cutters cannot do.
